South Leisnter Trail Runners is an informal trail running group that regularly meet and organises trail running outings around South Leinster (Waterford, Kilkenny/ Carlow). Anyone interested in trail running in the South Leinster Region is welcome to come along for some great off road trails, long distance waymarked routes, mountains and forests to be explored ! Trail runners of all levels are welcome regardless of distance, experience or fitness level; just come along, run whatever distance you want and enjoy the scenery, trails and company.
